Cancellation by Student:

If you need to cancel your enrolment in a course, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or credit towards a future class.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class may result in a partial refund or credit, subject to our discretion. No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled class time has passed.

Cancellation by SpeakRightNow English Classes:

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or technical issues, we will notify enrolled students as soon as possible. We will offer the option to reschedule the cancelled class for a later date or provide a full refund or credit towards a future class, whichever is preferred by the student.

Refunds and Credits:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the enrolment unless otherwise requested. Credits can be applied towards future classes and are valid for a specified period, typically six months from the date of issuance. Refunds and credits are processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
